Pressing and control.
The membrane presses the grapes against the drainage surface, limiting mechanical damage to seeds and stalks. Touch-screen control supports automatic PLC cycles and manual operation, with a preloaded Crémant sequence, 36 customisable pressing programmes and automatic pomace discharge. Safety interlocks prevent operation with protective covers open.
Open tank, accessible construction.
The perforated tank provides an extensive drainage surface. A bent-sheet support frame and external must-tray folds facilitate cleaning. Opening protection covers with safety sensors, an accessible motor compartment and a visible pressure gauge support daily operation and maintenance. The Easy Way system simplifies membrane replacement.
