Drainage channels with a large drainage area support efficient extraction.

A large, manually opened, fully sealed loading and unloading door enables efficient filling.

The structure is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The “Easy Way” system allows quick, straightforward membrane replacement in the event of failure. The drainage channels have a simple release system.

An intuitive user interface uses a color touchscreen.

The “Champagne” sequential pressing program includes a preloaded recipe based on the French production specifications.

Pressing and control.

The membrane presses the grapes against the drainage surface, limiting mechanical damage to seeds and stalks. Touch-screen control supports automatic PLC cycles and manual operation, with a preloaded Crémant sequence, 36 customisable pressing programmes and automatic pomace discharge. Safety interlocks prevent operation with protective covers open.

Closed tank and service access.

  • Internal drainage channels with a quick-release system and a fully sealed loading door.

  • C16–C80: opening side covers and motor compartment; C100–C440: removable covers.

  • Up to C50: double removable must chute, handling grips and ground clearance for pomace collection in bins.

  • Up to C80: bead-blasted stainless steel finish, detachable lifting eyebolts, braked swivel wheels, mobile must tray and tilting chute.

  • Compressor, blower, valves and electrical components arranged for maintenance access.

Available options.

  • Intelligent must-tray management with overfill protection and level-controlled pump operation.

  • Overload control, pneumatic axial loading, remote control panel, extension legs and motorised wheels.

  • Must selection with flow meter and PLC-controlled washing of tank and drainage channels.

  • Larger or double pneumatic airtight door and whole-grape loading hopper.

  • Inert-gas injection for carbonic maceration, automatic tank inerting with flow-meter control and must-tray inerting.

  • Uninsulated cooling jacket, polyurethane membrane and remote assistance according to configuration.
