Multipurpose tanks for dissolving or diluting processing aids, cleaning products and similar materials.

Tanks are made from AISI 304 (W.Nr.1.4301/IIId) or AISI 316 (W.Nr.1.4404/IIId) stainless steel, with sheet thickness selected to ensure tank stability.

Vertical cylindrical tanks with an internal agitator, motor/gearmotor and start/stop switch. The agitator shaft is also supported at the tank bottom by a mechanical bush.

Half of the lid is fixed and half opens.

Mounted on wheels for easy movement.

Automated TIG welding under an inert atmosphere, with pickled and brushed welds. Careful internal polishing reduces surface residue deposits and makes cleaning easier.

Tank dimensions, accessories and their positions are tailored to requirements.

Detailed technical drawings are submitted to the customer for approval before tank construction.
