AISI 304 stainless steel pump on a wheeled trolley. The thick pump body and thick double drive-support flange prevent deformation and twisting during operation.

The stainless steel rotor has two or three adjustable rollers. Adjusting roller pressure on the product hose sets the maximum pumping pressure and the degree of hose compression.

Thick food-grade rubber hose with guides and clamps for connection to the pump inlet and outlet pipes.

Motor drive with mechanical gear reducer. Maximum rotor speed is limited to reduce hose wear and provide gentle pumping, avoiding product breakdown, particularly with skins or fermented pomace.

Speed is controlled by an electronic variable-frequency drive (inverter).

A discharge pressure switch stops the pump automatically in the event of overpressure.

Two expansion vessels damp pressure pulses in the connected pipework.

The self-priming pump can draw product from a level below the pump itself.

Suitable for wine, must, whole grapes, destemmed grapes, fermented pomace, juices, chopped fruit, honey, yogurt and paints.

PP70x: liquids

The PP70x version is intended for pumping liquids.

PP71x: semi-solid products

The PP71x version includes a large loading hopper with safety guards. A geared drive powers the auger feeding the pump.

The hopper connects to the peristaltic pump inlet through a DIN fitting. A plug connects the auger drive to the pump electrical control panel.
